Context
The challenge
Illegal hunting for horn remains the single most immediate threat to saiga populations, and the areas that need patrolling are enormous relative to the teams covering them.
Rangers often work long rotations in difficult conditions with limited equipment. Practical support — vehicles, radios, training, pay — makes a measurable difference.
