Range states report against a shared set of commitments for saiga conservation, but translating those commitments into national workplans is slow, technical work that rarely has dedicated staff behind it.
This project provided drafting and evidence support to three range states ahead of the reporting cycle, and convened a short technical exchange so that the same questions were not answered separately three times.
